Versatility is key
The 3 or 4m wide box seed drill Rapid 300-400, is available either as the seed-only version Rapid 300-400S or as the combi version Rapid 300-400C. Thanks to its versatility the machine is able to handle multiple crops, grass leys and cover crops, as well as micro granulates or slug pellets. You benefit from reliable results and a modern design, allowing easy access throughout the machine.
Upgrade kit low lift sensor
To improve the functionality, efficiency and performance of the low lift feature, a linear sensor has been developed to fit as an upgrade option for the Rapid box drills from s/n 16001-.
The linear sensor has higher accuracy for controlling the seeds on/off metering separately from changing the low lift position.
The kit mounts on the frame and wheel suspension beam, and consist of a linear sensor and plates with fasteners.

Pivot packer 4/6 wheel
- Categories 2 (28x825mm) & 3 (36x965mm)

AutoPilot

Silage maize boxes

- On RDC you use setting 3 of the moveable wall, this leaves 1570 or 2170 litre of fertiliser on 3 and 4m machines

Microgranulate kit
- Same specifications as the normal BioDrill except that the phosphorus is dropped into metering unit and goes in the seed coulter together with seed
- Switching from phosphorus shute to grass hoses is quickly done by removing the phosphorus shute and adding hoses instead
- Exact placement of phosphorus in autumn is a tillering quality insurance making the farming less weather dependent and increasing the yield potential
- Can be used for insecticides when drilling maize

- Possible to lift without starting the Gateway or activating the metering system
- Possible to adjust pressure on following harrow on the go

Stainless filling auger
- 200mm auger, capacity app. 50m³/h, (7.5mins filling time)
PTO pump
- Rapid A 600-800C sometimes need an additional pump to ensure sufficient oil pressure. This is connected to the power transmission outlet and is operated at 1000 rpm Needed if:
- Tractor has less than 5 hydraulic connections
- Has less total oil flow than 125 litres / min at the point of connection
- Three of the connections gives less than 40/40/45 litres/min
Weight transfer
- Weight transfer on drawbar, adds 1500kg on the hitch point
- Oil flow from the seed fan
- Lift into parking position in transport
- Can also be used as a hydraulic support leg for easy coupling
- Can be retrofitted on all Rapid A C/J
